To put in a nutshell, the management skills and the ability of someone make him or her to be a good manager. The four fundamental managerial skills matter most which is conceptual skills, interpersonal skills, technical skills and political skills. Effective managerial skills make a good manager. Apple is a company that enormously successful, and it just keeps on winning.
