InterClean is a type of organization which handles, supplies, and sells cleaning supplies. The organization has finally reached a time where the organization is growing and changing. With the changes and growth, the organization is able to provide many solutions and many services to other companies, whiles staying within the guidelines or restrictions.

Throughout this paper, information will be given and determined about the organizations InterClean and the organization EnviroTech. EnviroTech is an organization that InterClean is merging with. There will be problems with this merge and finally an end-state vision will be found and told about. Information about the stakeholders will be mentioned, several types of interests will be mentioned as well as solutions.

For InterClean, this organization is a huge player when it comes to the market, which is in the $8 billion dollar range for cleaning and sanitation supplies. Now for InterClean, the organization needs to work on find ways to offer new products or services to stay ahead of the competition with continue to working with the sales models and the experts working with demonstrations and sales. InterClean is also in the processes with changing the models, with gathering up the organization EnviroTech. EnviroTech is an organization, which happens to be a competitor of InterClean.

One of the set back or challenges that InterClean is going through is facing issues in the development and implementation of the human resources. There is a plan to integrate InterClean and EnviroTech. With the two organizations, InterClean and EnviroTech merging together, the organizations will have issues come up and cause problems.
