Thanks for the information provided. We are interested in THE PIZZA COMPANY AND SWENSEN We would like to discuss further on these brands.
As you know India is one of the most developing countries around the world and the market potential is very high. We want to explore the some of the cities and towns which are developing in the country and there are no major food retail players except local ones. We know that presence in major cities is also important for the development of the company.
That's why are planning to setup two different models according to population and rentals in the cities.
First Model will be only pizza delivery and selling outlets which will also promote slice concept in the major cities like Delhi, Mumbai, kolkata , Bangalore etc. because of the high population and rentals. These stores will require less space and will be looking large target audience.
Second model will be dinning base outlets which will be in small cities which are developing rapidly and do not have major players in it.
Like our two main competitors are DOMINO'S AND PIZZA HUT. Domino's is the fastest growing pizza chain in the country and it focus on its delivery only. On other hand Pizza hut is focusing on dinning outlets. And both are Targeting on Low cost pizza now. So we also have to focus on low cost too.
For SWENSEN we are planning to setup with our second model only.
We would like to know cost details associated with opening and for master franchise.
We have to work together on opening cost of stores to maximize our sales outlets.
