Tyco plans for the company affects everyone from there employee to the community the company in located in. Tyco believe the different part of the company will help them go further in the future. They believe that customer, teamwork, financial strength and other things will help them in the company success. This paper will discuss function of management in the Tyco international, Inc.

Tyco believes that governance, customers, growth, teamwork, operational excellence and financial strength will aid them in the success of the company. Governance will provide the company to put in place practices that encourage employees to ensure that the integrity of the company shows in the work and the distribution of the products (Tyco). These policies are put in place so that the employee know exactly what expected of the some there no question of what need to be done. With these policies in place the employee know what expected of them so that the so that the company will have future success.

Tyco believe in teamwork now with this each team member must keep up with the company image and quality of service and provided. This must be done not only externally to customers, but also internally to employees to keep them motivated to continue the quality of work that Tyco provides (Tyco). Tyco believe in the employee bring in more customers. Motivation in the key to success and to be proud an employee and take pride in your work.

Tyco International puts in place the best operating practices to be successful not only product and service wise, but employee wise (Tyco). Financial Strength and Flexibility is determined by Tyco to ensure that earnings and revenues objectives are met on the investment of the company (Tyco).
