ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Sometimes words put an inappropriate substitute in expressing one’s feeling. They seem superfluous but ultimately they are the only means of expressing oneself. Words appear inadequate and hollow when we take this to our esteemed, reverend and erudite guide Prof. Pankaj Priya, Prof. A.K.Biswas for the help rendered to us and constantly encouraging us with his valuable suggestions. This dissertation bears at every stage, the impression of his profound knowledge, concrete suggestions and careful and reasoned criticism.

A special mention needs to be made to our friends who have helped us with their valuable suggestions and the respondents who gave their valuable piece of time for participating in the survey to complete the study.

In end, we would like to express our heartiest regards to our Parents for their much required moral support and encouragement, without which this project work never have been completed.
