Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to examine the Linda Jacober case study. This case study will look at 4 different questions. The first question will be, did Linda Jacober inherit the strategic plan of a lifetime or did she board a kamikaze plane? Second, I will look at the organizational challenges that Linda Jacober had to overcome and explore the alternative approaches that where available to her. Third, I will evaluate her overall performance. Finally, I will suggest advice as to how she could have made her situation better.
