Introduction

In this project I am going to describe about qualities of a good manager which I have closely observed. I am going to describe some managerial qualities of my best friend ‘X’ who was a leader of my college. I have been with him since five years. We study together, play to gather. I was quite impressed by his managerial qualities.

My college is the popular college in India. Its name is ‘Institute of Pharmacy, Nirma University’. It is a good college situated in Ahmedabad. Most of the educational events are organized by our college. The degree of our college is more valued in the market than the degree of other colleges. The infrastructure is good, the educational systems are good, professors are the best professors, placement system is good etc. Almost everything is good about Nirma College.

Talking about the person, my best friend, he has got extra qualities than any other intelligent student. In fact ‘X’ has got this qualities in heredity, I can say. His father was blind from the birth, though he is the secretary of our state. Imagine how it can be possible. A man blind from the birth, make struggle in the life, study in the school of blind people, leave behind all the healthy and intelligent people and making his journey to the respected position in his life. His mother is also quite interesting character to discuss. His mother was working to help handicap and blind people. She decided to marry handicap or blind person and she really got married to a blind person. Isn’t it an impressive thing? Why a healthy, intelligent, beautiful girl wants to marry a bind person? Presently, she is running a social organization, in which she is committed to teach handicap or blind people or children. Thus, ‘X’ has got these good and intelligent characters in hereditary.
