There have been many different assumptions of when the world will end since the beginning of time. I believe out of the 4 main assumptions the nuclear war theory is more likely to occur. In the world today there is so much anger towards different countries and many countries yearning for more power that a nuclear disaster is imminent. I don’t think that the entire country can be killed by a disease because even if someone creates it I believe they would be able to find a cure before it spread to the entire world. Although global warming could be very likely I think by the time something like that would occur the human population would already be extinct. In my opinion the global warming theory that people think is now in effect is merely a part of the earth’s climate cycle. The final assumption about a giant asteroid hitting earth seems extremely unlikely. I think with our technology we would be able to stop any asteroid heading towards earth.

If one of these assumptions were to come true and we had the choice to decide if we wanted to know when we were going to die or not know I think I would choose to know. I think if I knew when I was going to die I would be able to do some of the things I’ve always wanted to do before I died. I would also be able to say bye to any loved ones and be with the people I loved when I died.
