RE: Importance of Behaviors Exhibited by Managers

In Reference to the upcoming merger of InterClean and EviroTech, it is necessary to address possible challenges that may encounter going forward. There is uncertainty among the employees regarding varying issues surrounding the merger. As managers it is imperative that an atmosphere for easy transition be created. This will ensure a strong working relationship between each employee going forward.

Three specific areas of concern are, first, the manner in which manager’s behaviors can affect the productivity of her workers second, the types of management action that align with employment laws and those who do not and third, best practices for working within a diverse work environment. The success of this merger is dependent upon each manager’s ability to interact, support, guide, and influence her team going forward. A sure key to success is simply a positive manager-employee relationship, which will strongly affect the communication level, loyalty, reduction in turnover and morale levels, to name a few.

Manager’s behavior affects the productivity

Managers, who demonstrate suitable leadership qualities, will create a work atmosphere and environment favorable to high productivity.
