2. How often do you smoke? Is it occasionally or daily? If daily, then how many cigarettes do you smoke per day?

3. At what time of the day do you smoke? (like do you smoke in the morning immediately after you wake up or immediately after a meal? – these two mean they are addicted to smoking)

4. How did you start smoking? (Whether it was out of curiosity that you tried a smoke or two and then you gradually got into it? or was it like your friends forced you to try and then it happened? Or was it trying to imitate your favourite film star?)

5. How did you feel after the first smoke? (Confident as that added to your style and you became a cool dude or happy that you got approval from your friends circle? Or guilty that you are being forced into a bad habit?)

6. Do you prefer to smoke alone or you would like to have some company like your colleagues or friends while smoking? (brings out the socializing aspect of smoking)

7. Have you ever felt that smoking is a problem to you? (If the answer is yes, then jump to qn.8. If the answer is no, then jump to qn.7)
