Allen and Alvin’s Garden Shop and Nursery will be a store that provides lawn and garden supplies customers require to maintain lawns and gardens. A& A will also provide landscaping service for both residential and commercial properties. The store will provide a wide range of lawn and garden care supplies, on-site professional gardening advice and a full nursery complete with shrubs, flowers, and vegetable plants. The goal of A &A Garden Shop and Nursery is to be a one stop shop for all lawn and gardening needs. By providing a wide range of seasonal plans and shrubs, the shop can provide customers a variety of all lawn and gardening supplies. This paper will provide an explanation, define the mission, and outline the vision as well as the core values of how Allen & Alvin Garden shop and Nursery will determine its strategic direction.
