Background
M & P originated in Los Angeles, California and has been in business for more than 15 years. During this time M & P expanded to two locations in southern California areas in San Bernardino and Riverside counties. M & P employ 125 employees throughout the three locations. The primary business goal of M & P is to provide excellent service with the firm belief to have the work done correctly the first time and according to the client’s needs. The organization’s focus group is home users.
M & P offers a wider variety of support services including repair, design, consultation, installation, and support desk and service packages that suit the client’s needs. A team of experienced technicians is available to handle any computer problems or needs home users experience.
M & P recently changed hands in ownership. With the new change in management comes Ronald Schrump, newly appointed CEO of M & P. Ronald Schrump sees a tremendous need to upgrade systems hardware, software, and network s in order for M & P to stay competitive and relevant in the technology field. The new CEO understands this is a large undertaking but sees this change as a necessary decision if the organization is to stay current and competitive among other computer service centers. Ronald plans to consult and plan with his employees on a new direction for the organization.
Statement of Need
After introducing himself to his new business family, Ronald decided to collaborate with his new employees to find what could be done to improve daily business practices.
