Executive Summary
Purpose of the Report
The intention of this document is to provide an outline statement for Blackall Investments New Online Financial Services System Project preparation for conversation between Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and the management team. Moreover, this paper explains project scope, project mission, project stakeholders, working breakdown structure WBS, project success criteria and recommendation.
Key Findings
Below are the project outcomes:
1. The project will be finished by the delivery date (30/06/2012).
2. The project will handle 10 million customers, which is twice today’s transaction with.
3. The project budget ($15 million) will be allocated suitably to obtain the project scope.
Key Issues:
The Blackall Investments New Online Financial Services System project is needed the support of other departments and staff to achieve the project goal. It might have effect on their usual working timetable.
Recommendations
Once the project charter has been approved by: CEO, CIO, CFO and project manger then we can move to the next phase of the project.
