Conservation for our generation: The importance of Global warming and Renewable resources

Our current world is changing dramatically, as our climate heats up; action needs to be taken to prevent long term negative effects. Humanity needs to make a commitment today to improve our energy usage and find natural resources to create a more dependent less destructive method for power reliance. Without immediate action the global temperatures will continue to increase creating an environment unlike anything we have seen in over two million years. It is unfortunate that humanity can almost directly be related to the negative changes we are already beginning to see in the world today. Natural disasters are one result of our negligence and will continue if we choose to do nothing to improve and prevent the use of coal and oil burning. Do we really need such resources to provide our energy requirements? No we do not, if we switched our reliability on such fossil fuels to green, natural sources we could decrease these negative effects and jumpstart our economy. Solar, wind and geothermal energy sources could provide the vast majority of energy needs while eliminating the harmful, poisonous gases and smoke released by fossil fuels. Through the use of renewable energy resources we could provide millions of jobs to the unemployed and potentially save our planet. Without immediate action the future could provide unthinkable consequences such as uninhabitable conditions and in some severe cases extinction. This issue has been affecting our way of life and health for a long period of time and as we continue to fight for change, the future still seems unclear. Is the change from Fossil fuels to Renewable resources ethically correct? Absolutely, our responsibility as individuals inhabiting the earth to do what is right and works towards the preservation of life on our planet. We have to take charge and work towards the future because we are directly responsible for the outcome of...
