SR HELP DESK ANALYST

Modis is seeking experienced Sr Help Desk Analyst for one of their clients

Our Client, Located in Philadelphia, PA; is the leader in their Industry.  Our client desires to hire this candidate on a Contract basis for 6 months with the option to extend

 

 

Responsibilities include:

This contract position will provide second level technical and operational support for various aspects of the clients collaboration environment, (email, instant messaging, BlackBerry devices, wiki, etc, ) This position requires close interaction with the National Service Desk, (first level support), to resolve customer issues. 

• Need to have good experience supporting Lotus notes and e-mail systems. (Lotus Notes experience can be a little old but not more than 3 years ago)

• Provides operational and technical support to the ongoing objectives of enhancing the client’s usage of collaboration tools to support business needs and deliver reliable and secure e-mail services, providing functionality and reliability as defined in service level agreements.

• Interfaces with management, help desk staff and end-users while providing problem and change management support.

• Provide high quality customer service.

 

Required Experience & Skills

ü      Experience with Lotus Notes and Microsoft Outlook (As I mentioned above, it doesn’t need to be recent experience)

ü      Proven ability to troubleshoot and solve problems in a production support environment

ü      5 plus years of IT experience

ü      Hands on familiarity with remotely accessing into users desktops to effect problem diagnostics and resolution

ü      Strong organizational and problem solving abilities

ü      Strong verbal and written communication skills
