Makeup

As a child growing up, I’ve always loved fashion and modeling. I loved posing in front of the camera and I loved mirrors. When I was seven years old, I was in the process of becoming a model, but the modeling agency asked for too much money my family couldn’t afford, so my mother took me out of the business. I was sad because I really loved it, and I felt like a princess being on stage.

To this day, I still wish to be a model. But unfortunately, I’m too short to become a model. If someone happens to stop me in the street and asks me if I want to become a model, I will gladly say yes. But I don’t think that’s going to happen so I will just stick to school.

I absolutely love fashion and makeup. I can’t just simply wear a plain tee and some jeans. If I do, I would have to accessorize it with jewelry, scarves, and shoes. I enjoy dressing up and making my own style up. I love just throwing random outfits together; it’s stylish and different. I can find the cutest clothes at thrift stores like Goodwill for instance. Thrift store shopping is definitely one of my favorite things to do. There are so many neat things one can find. It’s also cheap!

Makeup is another one of my favorite things. I enjoy experimenting with makeup and seeing what I can do differently. It’s also a great pastime. Sometimes when I’m bored and having nothing to do, I blast my music and play with makeup. It’s so exciting to see what the end results are going to be. I’ve been told that I’m good at doing makeup as well, so that makes me feel good about myself.

If I could go back in time, I would go back to when I was seven years old and would have begged my mom to not take me out of the modeling business. If she didn’t, I’m pretty sure I would be a legit model by now. But everything happens for a reason. Even if I’m not a model, my passion for fashion and makeup won’t ever change.
