PSY/201 week 1 assignment: Testing a Theory

The theory I chose to write about was whether or not nutrition would truly impact my healthy in a positive way. To put it simply I choice to test the, “you are what you eat theory,” on myself in a pursuit of better health. With the position, that yes, good foods can help my health. Reasons why I chose to test this type of theory is because I am the type of person who has had a family history, as well as personal history of a bad, junk food filled diet.
