End of Seminar Project 3 Executive Summary RPG is facing an important managerial challenge with ineffective communication between departments on projects and daily tasks. This challenge is critical to overall effectiveness and efficiency of the organization. It effects how the company operates the business with their customers and vendors. The goal of this project is to achieve an increase in communication between departments within a six-month time frame, measured by a decrease in customer callbacks on service calls and a reduction in open supply orders.
