Under your leadership the company has grown rapidly in recent months. You have a definite talent of leadership and we always respond to you and follow you instinctively. You decided to increase pricing by conducting a survey that would guarantee the data to show the reasonability of charging small business accounts more for television air time. But to some extent, I think that may not help us to achieve the goal for the following reasons.

Firstly, small business companies are very important clients of our company. Charging small business accounts more for television would diminish profit of them. We may lose part of small business customers in this way. In other words, our competitors will take away our customers easily because the price advantage. I believe that our company’s profit margin will drop significantly if we choose this way to increase the revenues. That would be a mistake.

Secondly, our company has high market share recently because we have the good price advantage. I’m sure that we will lose market share if we charging accounts more for small business customers. I can say that in the age of global competition, the success of the enterprises is market share. No market share, we can’t do anything. With your rich experience in this industry, I’m sure you can understand this.

Thirdly, fake data for the survey will great destroy our company’s image if anybody detects it. We should always be honest with our staff and our customers because they all trust us. I think that’s why our company can grow from a small business to today’s excellent enterprise. Honest is our company’s core value, we can’t destroy it. I believe that you will find this is a misconception because you always a great leader. Furthermore, fake data is very dangerous for you because you already have developed a reputation in this industry.

Please consider my suggestion because this way will have potential risk. I believe that we will be more successful with you leadership....
