Quality and Safety: two sides of the same medal? The two subjects have varied definitions, dependent on the context and method of application; to answer the question, it is necessary to articulate their meanings and relate them to each other within a context, which, for the purpose of this paper, will be ATM in general, and UK military ATM in particular.
