Organizational behavior forces can be categorized as internal or external and have significant impact on organizational business success. In the following paragraphs the following examples are farther evaluated including organizational mission, restructuring, fiscal policies, competition, economy and globalization. All of these examples can greatly impact organizational behavior.

The primary mission of the U.S. Navy Reserve is to provide strategic depth and deliver operational capabilities to the Navy and Marine Corps team and Joint forces from peacetime and in times of war. Navy Reservists receiving training when they are serving one weekend a month or two weeks a year training in the United States or around the world to achieve the mission of supporting the defense of our nation. Experiencing a part of the Navy Reserve an individual has excellent benefits such as tuition assistance, life and health insurance, income tax deduction, and worldwide travel to attract potential recruits.

The President of the United States and Congress decide on what the Department of Defense needs in order for the military to have the funding for proper maintenance of equipment or another aircraft carrier to be built are examples that must be approval by Congress if there is enough funding based on the annual budget. The start of the new fiscal year for the military is October 2011. According to the Association of the United States Navy some legislative goals for cy 2011 are that $18 billion dollars annually is needed for development of U.S. Navy ships and aircraft because of the Navy and Navy Reserve need equipment as much as any components because of worldwide

operations (Puzon, 2011). Reservists should be allowed full tax-deductibility of nonreimbursable expenses related to military training and weekend drill (Puzon, 2011).
