Job Descriptions & Personal Specification

* Director: William Orr

The director of our company will be in charge of the YouTube video. This job is highly important as this video will be the first reflection of our product to our future customers. This video will be a critical tool regarding the promotion of our creation. This video will be 10 minutes long and will have to clearly and briefly describe every aspect of the product. It is the director duty to make and film the video; he will have to explain exactly to the actors who he wants them to act or what he wants them to say. The director needs to be someone creative in order to have a good vision of how he want the video to be once it is finished. He will also need to have great communication skills as he was have to manage all the actors.

* Financial manager: Jamie Dickinson

The financial manager will be asked to provide to the company a balance sheet. This balance sheet must include an analysis of the financial forecast of our company. It needs to include the loan borrowed at the bank, the interested paid each month, the gross profit, and the net profit. A break-even point should be also forecasted. The financial manager will also need to settle a price for the product and to predict of number of sales that the company will make. He will need to have a good knowledge of the financial information and data, to know for example the rate that banks could charges for loans. He will also need to use Excel competently as the balance sheet needs to be very accurate and clear.

* Research Manager: Erickson Vicente, Mohamed Elghouri

The research managers will provide the company all the researches it needs. As we need to use relevant theories to develop our product it is the role of the research manager to give us an important amount of different information regarding those theories.
