REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) BARNSTABLE HOUSING AUTHORITY 1. Invitation to Bid The Barnstable Housing Authority has declared a parcel of vacant land as surplus and is seeking proposals for the sale of 1.5 acres of vacant land at 200 Asa Meigs Road, Marstons Mills, MA, located in the Town of Barnstable, on the Barnstable/Sandwich line abutting the Ridge Club Golf Course. The Barnstable Housing Authority intends to convey the property for ownership by interested party. The purpose of this RFP is to select an owner who will purchase the property at a fair price. The Barnstable Housing Authority seeks proposals from persons interested in purchasing this 1.5 acre parcel. Responses to the Request for Proposals must include all required documents, completed and signed per the instructions and attached forms included in this package.
