My Statment

My thesis statement is Americans need to plan for their retirements.

There are reasons way Americans need to plan for retirement:

1. 401k- which is a retirement plan created to help employees save for the future. It has a yearly maximum deposit and changes each year due to inflation.

2. Saving account – which is an account you can put money into to save for retirement and let sit and add up over time. Some may cost to keep the money in the account others won’t just depends on the bank you have your money in. Some may have a maximum to start one also.

3. Trust fund – which are set up by individuals or a group of individuals, such as a man and wife. The person setting up the trust is called the grantor, settlor or donor. The trust fund that you set up can provide stability to you and your family. A trust fund that will do exactly what it to do with your property or assets can bring a real peace of mind to both you and your family.

It is important to plan for retirement before you retire to make things flow smoother. This will give you a good feeling to know you will be on a road to a good future. Everyone needs to know how to go about to start to save for their retirement. If you don’t know how to go about to start to save then you need to ask questions to find the answers. This way you won’t be left behind when your time comes. Most Americans don’t understand the planning part of it. It’s not hard to figure out just do some research to get your answers you need. Once you have that part then you need to decide which way is best for your needs.
