My Leadership Style

Working independently within an organization such as my own allows me to exercise the

amount and type of control I like. For the company I work for, our compensation is entirely based on performance, also known as commission. Essentially, every agent in my firm is considered a leader since we are growing our own practice, or business. There are several types of leadership styles, and after conducting my research, I conclude that I am what is known as a free rein leader, which will be discussed.
