Decisions in Paradise Part 1:

In any situation that comes about with organizations you always need your critical thinking skills to come to the right resolution that is best for your company. When making any decision you need to analyze the case at hand. With this includes reading materials, isolating the problem, analyze, evaluate all of the alternatives and ask yourself some questions. These questions consist of will this solve the problem? Will this meet the objectives? How will this affect others? Do the pros beat the cons when analyzed? Is it a cost effective management process? Is it truly the best solution? After this is done you then present the case to the stakeholders. When addressing the stakeholders you always need to identify the key problems and issues, make sure that you state them clearly and precisely. You will present them with your analysis and evaluation and make sure that you support this with facts. The stakeholders will want to know what your recommendations are and the plan of action that you are going to take. Explain to them the consequences, what should be done, how it should be done and when.

Our organization is called “Operation Assist Services”, what our organization does is we find other areas that are in need of expansion and services. The owner of the company thinks that we would be of great assistance to Kava and this is a great place for us to expand. The mission of our company is not only expansion but to help those in need. In the next few paragraphs I will identify the issues that we will come across, the decision of what issue is the most concern and the objectives of the company.
