Individual State of Confusion Paper Introduction

There will always been laws passed in The United States of America and any other state because people and citizens have the right to exercise their legal freedom to speak and voice their opinion to make and establish laws. Tanya Trucker decided to pursue her rights and fight for her trucking company by filing a lawsuit to overturn the statue about additional expenses for truck hitches.

What Court will have Jurisdiction over Tanya’s Suit?

The federal court will have Tanya Trucker case and lawsuit. After reading the case, Tanya can file a general lawsuit in the federal court for being violated by the clause of law from the constitution. This law of the constitution gives the government the supervision or the authority or right to regulate commerce and give the ability to grant and pass laws for certain behaviors due to a business setting is the primary job for the interstate commerce.

Is the Confusion Statue Constitutional?

Based on the case by Tanya Trucker, this case is not constitutional due to the fact that the Articles of the Constitution gives no preference or credit of no kind or commerce regulation from state to state, therefore the State of Confusion can’t charge nothing or anything including the State of Denial or any other state. The case is valid as long as Tanya is able to prove that the statue and law that is in effect is violation not just her but other people as well that had to purchase additional hitches for vehicles that are use for driving. Tanya Trucker case will also be valid if she can produce her financial records of her company before she had to buy new hitches so that she can explain how can her company afford to purchase new hitches
