The theories in this are very different for one they were made up at different times and they all have a different meaning. But they also work together to help the worker out in the field and they are very helpful. If you just use one of them then more than likely your company could very well fail or some can get hurt.

I think all of the management theory are important together not just one of them. You need to have them all to have a successful business and a safe working enviroment for your employees to be working in. All though they were not implemented all at the same time they all serve a major role in the business today and if you were to just take one of them away then you will be setting yourself up for a failure. One thing we need to do is look at the past and sees over the number of years how these theories have come together and how they all work together also. What do you think would have happened if they were never made up and put into a working way of our everyday lives/ I know there are some companies that do not use all of these theories but if you look close at them you will see that either the working enviroment there are unsafe or maybe the moral of the working people is very low. That can lead to either someone getting hurt or loosing there job. I know in the place I have worked at before things like favoritism or the so called buddy list is a bad way it not only makes for a hostile working environment but also can and will cause a conflict of all the workers there. Also how long someone has been at a company I think is very important I mean if you have someone that has only been here for a couple of months and someone that has been there for 15 years and you overlook the one that has the more experience then that will also cause a conflict in the working field.

We really need all of these theories in our management fields and we all need to stand by them it takes everyone working as a team not just the workers but all from the employees all...
