Unveiling Customer’s Notion: Factors that persuades Customer Satisfaction of VOOT Restaurant.

➢ Executive Summary :

Eating in Bangladesh is an exciting and rich experience. Food in Bangladesh has many different styles with thousands of great restaurants in all the major cities and towns of Bangladesh. All of them seem to boast about one chef or another, which is good, but for most of us we want to get down to eating. Fast food and Restaurants is mainly geared towards the younger end of the market segment and the fast paced corporate employees. As there are abundant alternatives available for the customers, the business entities should be very resolute to provide proper satisfaction to the customers or else they might not be able to play in the competitive picture in the long run. The theme of this research is to underline the factors that most customers bear in mind while considering the satisfaction. In this research, we will focus on identifying the factors that replicate satisfaction of the customers of VOOT restaurant. At first we ill conduct an exploratory research to get idea about the key components which will be followed by a Causal research. To convey the research we will prepare a questionnaire which will be presented to the population sample from where we will analyze the factors and present the data by using graphical models.

➢ Background :

This culture of “dining out” started in Bangladesh in the late eighties and became very popular drastically. Since then this culture has taken the country by storm. Now this industry has reached the summit of competition as more and more of the CHAIN restaurants and fast foods are flooding in our country. Thus, for every business to succeed, retention of customers plays an ambiguous role which can only be attained by providing utmost satisfaction to the customers.
