The Sundale Club Case Analysis
l. Problems
Macro
1. What Sundale Club will do to start getting more members and remain open? They will need to make some big decisions about the staff before this can happen.
2. What Sundale Club will do if they keep loosing members and possible be forced to close? If they don’t fix their problems now, the club will only continue to decline and more members will quit.
Micro
1. Will Bob Watts agree to meet with Pat and the athletic department managers, except Ted and Chuck, to start resolving the problem among the workers. If things get resolved, they might be able to fins a solution to the members quitting with out firing Johnson.
2. Will Sundale keep going on as they are, and possibly keep having members quitting because they feel uncomfortable with Johnson’s comments. The word of people quitting might spread and many people might quit because everyone else is.

2. The employees are not getting along. Pat is upset Johnson was promoted over her. Pat Franklin was bent (Brown, 2006, p.253).
3. Bob Watts is retiring and doesn’t want to get involved to help fix the problem. The staff really need some directions and decisions made so they can get the club members happy before more end up quitting.
lll. Systems affected
1. Goals and Values- If this athletic club doesn’t value their members opinions when they are uncomfortable, they will keep loosing members. This will only decrease the profits, and eventually may end up closing...
