Same Sex Marriage

ameThe real reason that people don’t like same sex marriage is they are uncomfortable. For many years the idea that is promoted marriage as men and women. The constitutional government was build to give power to the unpopular minorities and protect the unjust and allows for the civil right of the groups to be meant. Other reason for the people being against the same sex marriage is religion yes many of the Christian , Islam , Mormon, Orthodox Judaism is against same sex marriage but that is not everyone religion beliefs. This was shown in Hawaii when the Marmon church claimed all religion to represent in a court case. All religion were not represent it was just the Marmon church in the Baehr vs. Lewis and the Buddhist sect made it loud and clear they and many other churches were not being represented only the Marmon church was. The Buddhist was not happy with Marmon church using their religion beliefs on others. Another argument is that marriages is a sanctity and this again is about religion and the fundamentally religious idea and not all religion have the same views on same sex marriages. Others feel that is it not natural for same sex and many have stereotypes for gays, like they are all limp wristed fairy or a butch out women and many are hard working men and women that you might not know they are even gay. Many think that the gays will marriage right and other civil rights to recruit other to their side and that is something that is not going to happen and other thinks this will legitimize homosexuality. But homosexuality has been recognized by mental health association and that it is normal variation of human development.

When same sex partners are saying this is a civil right issue they are right. In a marriage a spouse is allow to make Medical decisions that is not right because family member may not know the choice of the person where a spouse would.
