INTRODUCTION OF COMPANY
Morrison isthe UK’s 4th largest food Retailer with 403 stores throughout the UK. Main business of Morrison is food grocery. They are recruiting over 4000 jobs in new stores across the Britain. Work closely to the supplier using the principle of responsible and sustainable sourcing to underline their approach to business and building the long relationship. They source and process most of their fresh food through their own manufacturing facilities, this gives close control over quality and value.
These organisations WM Morrisons Supermarket Plc. applied the organisation behaviour practices in the organisation and examine the organisation behaviour in to the organisation.

Оrganizatiоnal Behaviоur is cоncerned with the study оf the behaviоur оf peоple within an оrganizatiоnal setting. It deals with the study оf understanding, predictiоn and cоntrоl оf human behaviоur as individuals and as grоups.it consider the objective of individual as well as the organisation. It builts relationship between individual and orgnasation. There are 4 approach that organisation operate out of Autocratic,custodial,supportive and collegial (cunningham,Eberle,1990:Davis,1967)
This approach are basically managerial orientation of autority, money, leadershipand teamwork respectively.
