In a word that has become so demanding of people it seems harder and harder to maintain quality, but it is essential to do so in order to gain success. Customer Service seems to be lacking over the last 5 years. There seems to be less and less of a standard. Why is this??? It appears that humans do not take pride in their jobs and are without that social interaction ability that makes the difference in customer service. This needs to change for the future.

In the end the result should be the same………….a happy returning customer that received excellent service. To provide this service the right people should be hired and trained properly. It seems that most companies have people behind the counter who are uninformed of what is going out and deliver this with a bad attitude. This just makes the company look bad and ruins their reputation. As a leader you need to set the example everyday.
