Strategy and Tactics

The strategic planning phase of the Peaceful Shore Community Resources and Services is nearing its conclusion however; the final planning phase is incomplete at best without the Strategy and Tactics piece of the plan. The purpose of this paper is to focus attention on the strategy that allows for growth and market penetration and the underlying tactics, which support this strategy.

Organizational Strategy

The strategy of step-by-step open dialog strives to communicate the value added message to the community and each stakeholder. This message alleviates community apprehension and fears and helps build an atmosphere of confidence and trust in Peaceful Shore Community Resources and Services Incorporated’s goal of operating a safe, effective organization. In addition the message encourages and motivates each stakeholder to help the organization reach its full potential.

Specifically proactively using media, technology and community forums to garner support and expand influence helps solidify Peaceful Shore’s base of support and enables the Nonprofit organization to expand its benefits and services to the homeless veteran community, the neighborhood and surrounding areas as well.

Organizational Tactics

Peaceful Shore Community Resources and Services Incorporated uses a comprehensive mix of tactics to insure maximum market penetration and awareness of the services offered.

Accordingly communicating value of services is the main focus for the first five to seven years of existence. The success of the organization depends on how effectively Peaceful Shore Community Resources and Services Incorporated markets the services and the value each program adds to the population served.
