Q1. We as human need food each day to keep our bones strong and to continue replenish vitamins and nutrients that has already been used up from the previous days . We supposed to eat a certain amount of food each day due to the logical and general facts that too much of a good thing can be bad for you. Say in a liquid substance like milk, one can not drink too much of milk or else it would cause damage to one's system or even throw up at the same day . It is how much is recommended that needs to be attained like 1-2 cups a day during the 7 days of the week. The key is amount or volume of milk. Drinking too much milk like a gallons worth can cause intoxication of excessive intact of calcium, spread it out and know your recommended limit.

We supposed to eat specific foods each day as to keep our bodies in shape and in tip top performance and their are many reasons. In terms of fruits and vegetable it brings the fibers needed to make our bile a little bit easier to exit our system. In terms of milk it helps our bones in the meaning of calcium replenishment. In terms of fat/oils it keeps our bodies tone as in the meaning of good fatty and good oils like olive oil. In terms of grains is that it brings vitamins like vitamin e for our bodies which makes our nails and hair grow. In terms of meats/beans is that it helps our muscles receives the needed nutrients like riboflavin a needed element in a nutrient for muscles for our bodies.

Q2. The organizations that has been involved in the design of MyPyramid would the United States department of Agriculture and Harvard School of Public Health dept of Health. Both organizations have designed/better these allotment to make sure people make better choices of what to eat and it also adds physical fitness and weight control to the pyramid. (1.)
