Kudler Fine Foods desires to start up a frequent shopper program. A service request was submitted by the manager to develop a system to track customer purchases. The customer’s purchases will be tracked through the frequent shopper program and reward customer loyalty points for redemption. The redemption of loyalty points can be used towards specified gifts items, specialty foods, and other products or services through partnerships with external businesses according to the dollar amount spent.

This will allow Kudler Fine Foods to redirect the business focus using a strategic method to help create an increase in the bottom-line revenue.
