There are many different communication mediums the team could use to communicate with one another. One popular way of communicating is by e-mail. Every business uses e-mail to communicate with employees and business associates. E-mail is a good way to communicate because you can talk to multiple people at once, sort of like texting. You can’t really go to much into detail with e-mail though, because sometimes it is hard to stand what other people are trying to say through their typing.

Video conferencing (such as skype) is becoming very popular these days. This is a good way of communicating to one another because you can see and hear each other, making it easy to get your point across. An additional effect of using video is that you start saving substantial money due to reduced travel. In today's environment, where many employees are concerned with the safety and time-related issues with traveling, video conferencing will benefit your company in ways you would never have imagined.

Another popular way of communication is simply by talking on the phone. It is used by pretty much every business there is. It basically has the same effects as video conferencing, minus being able to actually see one another. For the training that is listed, I would recommend all 3 of the above suggestions. Using e-mail is always helpful when working on something with a team because you can send messages to the whole group so that everyone is on the same page. It also helps when sending documents back and forth to one another, that way everyone has input on it.

Another good option is having conference calls together. This way everyone can hear each other and it will help out a lot when it comes to working together. The best way to gather and deliver the content needed would be by splitting things up among everyone. Each person could have a separate role in finding out information. One person could contact the marketing group in New York, while another contacts Tokyo, while another...
