Analisys Part I

iPhone, iPad, iTunes, iBook and Mac are the products coming from the company Apple Inc., established in the middle 1970s and obtained a steady position in the electronic market around the world since 2002. This company released the first computer in 1976. This paper will develop good and weak points of the company. This paper will describe the SWOT of the company, and find the stakeholders and their needs. The SWOT analysis will determine strengths and weakness of the company as well as opportunities, and threats. Also, it will mention about the needs of stakeholders of the Apple, and how to balance their needs.

Apple company was established in 1976 by Steve Jobs, Steve Wozniak, and Ronald Wayne in Cupertino, California. At the beginning the company name was Apple Company Computer. The company released its first computer called Apple I in 1976, and its sales was abroad in 1980. In 1981, IBM released their first computer while Apple could not supply any hardware and software for other brands and its sales diminished. Apple discovered a chance to make some changes and evolutions. By 1980, Apple started to develop alternatives for Macintosh, and in 1994 Apple joint to IBM and Motorola to create a new computer that can work with IBM and Motorola hardware with Apple software. In 1997, Apple announced that it will joint to Microsoft to create the Microsoft Office for Macintosh. After this joint, Apple grew up and sold more than ever, so in 1997 it changed its name as Apple Inc.

These changes did not make the company grow up as it wanted, so in the end of 2000 the company reported not making profits. A new change started in 2001 and released a Power Mac with CD/RW drives after this event, Apple started to took a good position in personal electronics and devices. Later by 2002 they released iPod and iPhone. The first year of the release, Apple sold the product and its revenue reached 70 millions and it increased to 100 millions...
