A McDONALIZED SOCIETY.

A Mcdonalized society, an attempt to investigate the changing character in the contemporary social life. This article argues that the fast food restaurant is symbolic to the some of the key aspect of social changes which our society has undergone in recent decade (Ritzer 1993, 1998). From this article it can be rationalized that the experience of eating in fast food restaurants has broaden the aspect of social change in our society. It is necessary to rationalized how this social change can be evaluated by material wealth in creating social relationships which can reduce the aspect of scientific, industrial or administrative processes.

Mcdonalization can be illustrated by developing an increasing wide array of social settings such as the work place, higher education, and health care. It is agreeable to say that consumer society is accepting the conceptual of these theories into their lifestyles whether they are aware or not. Consumer has been given the freedom to make choices drawn from what have been rationalized to them. These two theories of Mcdonalization have been argued for the level of success the industry has opened up for the consumer society itself. An opportunity has been provided for both the consumers and the industrial aspects. We cannot deny the importance of these rationalized concepts but in order for it to be efficient and effective, trends should be developed and created. It should be moving forward to be more successful attributes in the future. Learning from mistakes and knowing the level of productivity that it has given to the society it’s immeasurable. Mcdonalization has revolutionized not only the foodservice industries but it has also has been rationalized through different products which service accountability is a crucial part in influencing the buying power of the consumer.
