Thank to God after a few week finally we have finished our assignment. We also want to says a lots of thank to Miss Siti Syazwani Binti Ya as our lecturer for Operation Management because she have taught how to do this assignment and understand my problem while finishing this assignment, without her we would not done this assignment.

Introduction

TECH OUTLOOK (M) SDN. BHD. TOMSB, is specialized in products that are made by VACUUM FORMING and FRP (FIBER GLASS) lamination processes. Incorporated in year 2003, TOMSB started as a manufacturer in FRP (FIBER GLASS) car skirting (BODY KITS) supplying to national car OEM (ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURER). As the business grow progressively, TOMSB has invested in VACUUM FORMING technology and 3D software to further enhance our technical capability.

Through year of strong leadership and commitment from every individual in this dynamic organization, TOMSB is reputed as a manufacturer that produces quality product in the automotive industry. This high recognition has subsequently allowing us to successfully export our product to oversea market. Currently, TOMSB has development a wide range of product that serve not only in automotive industry, but also from other industries as well. We will continue to improve ourselves in all areas and to develop quality product that meet our customers’ expectations.
