A bit of background on myself, I Hope you find it relevant and interestin)

Briefly, since August 2010, when my last full time role as the MD of The Design Company (The largest Retail Design and Implementation company in South Africa), ended (I took this role as a by-product of a large Hospitality/Retail Development Strategy (R10 billion) in Cape Verde that International/Faldo Golf and Resort Management completed where I was the Financial and Strategy Director of both companies.), I managed to keep myself abreast of the current state of the Hospitality industry in SA. This was largely made possible by doing Business Plans incorporating Business Strategies, Feasibilities, Due Diligences and Operational Models on Hospitality companies in South Africa for high net worth individuals and companies interested in investing in South Africa. Anyhow this has been put on hold indefinitely due to the still optimistic overpriced properties in the nodes that we were investigating. This has now led me to look into alternate employment opportunities.

Below is my personal brief and most recent career highlights and further below is my formal CV that details more specifically my technical experience and positions held to date.

I consider myself as a dynamic finance and operations executive who displays integrity, business acumen and a dedication to developing and implementing sound social, economically viable and sustainable strategies.

I have extensive experience in Management, Joint Venture, Franchise, Branded and Start- up companies predominantly in the hospitality and related sectors.
