Review and Monitor Projects

* Review projects with PM (monthly)

* Review project with client/stakeholder (bi-monthly)

* Report project status to CEO

* Monthly on all projects

* Weekly on project issues

* Review potential opportunities

* Participate in bib/no-bid

* Recruiting:

* Monitor opportunities for resource needs

* Work with recruiter on requirements
