For the listing questionnaire, the flow can be improved by moving identification question at the end of booklet. We need to obtain basic information first followed by classification, family, identification information. Respondents were not given any proper description for asking personal information. There is not any clear division of sections across whole questionnaire. From the filtering questionnaire, we can’t separate informed respondents from uniformed ones. There is not any request made to respondents for saying the information being legitimate. Few questions can be modified as: L 1b. This question is important because respondents are prone to give typical answers. L3b: This type of identification question should have been asked at earlier stage and if the respondent does not fall between 21‐35 years age group then further questioning should be terminated. L4a: Question can be better framed as “Do you own a two wheeler”?
