1. Introduction

This report will aim to show the learning styles that are best suited to .... using Honey and Mumford and VARK learning style questionnaire the models will help to determine the best strategy to adopt when learning.

2. The analysis

2.1- Honey and Mumford questionnaire show ... indicates a strong learning style preference for theorists, his strengths are asking probing questions and having a disciplined approach when studying. However this learning style weaknesses means he can be a restricted lateral thinker therefore adopting other learning styles such as Reflector and Pragmatists will help him be more creative (see Appendix 2).

2.2- The results of the VARK questionnaire indicate ...’s learning style preference is read/write scoring 7; therefore he should make detailed notes in lectures and reading textbooks is the best suited strategy for him (See Appendix 1).

2.3- The Belbin team roles showed ...’s primary score as plant, the strengths he would bring to a team are: producing new ideas when the team is failing to progress and helping solve complex problems (Belbin, 2004). However his secondary score was ‘Implementer’ and he should try to adopt these skills to when working in a group.
