BIRTH The late Mama Grace Owuor popular as G.K, was born in the year 1928. She was the second born child of the late mzee Joanes Otolo and mama Hannah Otolo of Kanam, Kowuor in the former great West Karachuonyo Location, Rachuonyo South District. While growing up as a favorite child of mzee Otolo, a successful farmer, she picked up skills in fish farming and cattle grazing. At an early age, she took up the responsibility of grazing up her father's goats and sheep in the field. MARRIAGE AND FAMILY ESTABLISHMENT Mama Grace got married to the late mzee Samuel Owuor Onditi of Kanam Sub location, in West Kochia (the former greater Kochia Location) in the year 1944 and they were blessed with 8 children (1 boy and 7 girls) namely:- Prisca, Peninah, Hellen, Dusila, Margaret and the late Mbudha, Tabitha and Joseph. She is survived with over 50 grand children, over 20 great grand children and 3 great great grand children.
