Our mission is to bring exquisite tastes to the life of our consumers through our bars of delicious chocolate.

a) Quantitative objectives

-market share of 3% in the first three years;

-profit of 8 million $ in the first three years;

-total sales of 50 tons per year;

-territorial spread of 5% on the South African territory in the first three years.

b) Qualitative objectives

-international brand influence;

-affirmation on the premium chocolate market.

By launching in the South African chocolate market, we have established both quantitative and qualitative objectives. The first category comprises of those objectives meant to increase profits through the increase of sales. We aim to get a market share of 3% in maximum three years time. That would mean that the total sales must reach 50 tons per year. The result would be a profit of about 8 million $ from the sales in South Africa.
