In this research it will explain the Miami school district we will negotiate and address the concern for the parents and the children’s on how the quality of education, increased travel time, crossing economic and cultural boundaries, affect on property values, social affects on children. The parent will voice their problem and issues about different issue about the school system and how they will run this school and why are they cutting the classroom and the teacher pay. They will also negotiate about what they can do to help the Miami school district raise this money for the teachers so that way the superintendent does not have to vote on a proposal for the school. The Miami school districts have an excellent and a wide of quality of education where the children’s can learn and get taught everything they will need to learn from the teacher We will also discuss how we will increase the travel time for the children getting to school on time. What the school will have to come up with a plan to explain and discuss the crossing their different boundaries so when the children come to the school they won’t be treated different when they attend this school. We will negotiate a strategy and address the property values and how much they are asking from the organization. The building was 22.2 million but because of the budget deficit it will begin to cut and fell down to 7.5 million they need to save some money and they will need to raise 17 million so that it will balance a 410 million budget there will be many reduce spending for the budget they will face a major cut for the city. They will offered 18 million if the employee work fewer days.
