Reflections and Assessment

This being our last assignment we now get to reflect and respond as to what makes this course memorable and what key concepts and topics that will make me a stronger candidate in the business world.

I really find this to be my most difficult assignment thus far, as there are many topics within this course that could possibly strengthen me. I will do my best to choose those that I feel are my most memorable and seemed to stand out the most.

One of the most important concepts I think I for me was Communication, with it we are able to solidify change and make them transition properly, as well as move into future ventures. Of course, without Communication change becomes overwhelmed, people are possibly reluctant to it when not approached properly. We examined this case when Jack and Jenny of Sandwich Blitz had to move forward to the Ecommerce Ordering System, this went well because they were able to communicate the transition properly and illustrate the benefits. Business I learned through this course is a constant changing environment. How well the changes are managed may determine the success or failure. Another key concept for me was Ethics and Social Responsibility. Since my ongoing paper in my Comp ll class is written on the exact same subject, I find this to be extremely relevant in business as well as my own personal belief.
