Marketing Strategy
Coalition Against Domestic Violence will be in partnership with all of the local Court and the Probation Departments and will only refer offenders to certified batterers programs such as CADV. CADV will provide education services which include, but are not limited to, lectures, classes, group discussions, and counseling. Providing education to clients to include but not limit; ESL, Computer Skills, Independent Living Skills a variety of helpful topics including: budgeting, money management, job seeking skills, health, nutrition, self-esteem, and together with the Child Abuse Prevention Council, Parenting classes. These classes are designed to lay the ground work on which to build better skills which will lead to greater independence and improved job prospects.
Mission Statement
The primarily mission of CADV is to improve the safety of domestic violence for victims and their children. CADV aims to achieve through the batterers program to end the offender's abusive, intimidating and violent behavior. The primary focus shall not be the preservation of the relationship or an analysis of the individual relationship issues and shall not support the abuser's justification for the use of violence. The batterers program must ensure that the interests of potential victims of violence are sufficiently addressed. All procedures and practices must be evaluated from the perspective of whether they advance or jeopardize the safety of domestic violence victims and children.

The entire program focuses on a group process, administrative operations, and any activity with or about the batterer, must hold the victim's safety and well-being as the primary concern.
