Introduction

Lack of motivation with the employees in the organization for computer based training. In

spite of the exquisite ambience created in a seminar hall of a five star hotel, and ambrosial meal

provided for the purpose of training the employees they are lacking in pushing themselves in

the training sessions to pass the final hurdle. After microscopic examination of the training

modules it came to our notice that the module was keeping in mind of computer

illiterate personnel, yet there was a flaw in the system. So, it’s not the way the module has been

created, but it’s the way it is being delivered to the learners.

Issues

* The method and approach towards training.

* Generalization of training module.

* Bohemian way of one too many methods of training.

* Lack of motivation in the employees in learning the program.

Why are the employees in the organization not motivated to perform well?

* The method and approach towards training.

The method of training can influence the approach towards learning, a serious classroom

atmosphere would result in a mundane work process and depressed class. Also process of

learning depends on the behavioral character of the trainer. The training modules are

created on a non interactive basis, it’s more of a pedantic approach with slides. It lacks

simulations for practice.

* Generalization of training module.

In a class there are people with different aptitude levels, the modules created should cater

to the IQ of every individual. The training material should be...
